Valletta LLC began production of meat products Biella in 1999. Biella offers high quality meat products summer sausages, semi smoked sausages, boiled sausages, meat delicacies, saveloy, ham, etc.
Smell sausages and saveloys are produced from pork and beef meat with addition of dry milk and enriched with soy protein.
Boiled sausages are prepared by traditional and original recipes. Meat delicacies are prepared from fresh pork and beef meat, bacon in original skin or without it, by traditional recipes with addition of natural spices. There are more than ten types of semi smoked sausages which are prepared from frst and extra class beef meat, fatless, semi fat and fat pork and slab bacon meat by classic recipes.
The use of selected natural meat and spices is put at the heart of production, which makes meat products especially attractive.
